The story went viral and Saffiyah, who was sporting a Specials T-shirt that fateful day, was rightly applauded. As the recently reformed Specials performed on stage in the late afternoon sun, long-time fan Amy Winehouse stood watching in the wings before asking if she could join them for an impromptu sing along.
